These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Clawson, including the Clawson Discord bot, personal dashboard, connected services, artificial-intelligence features, automations, websites, and related services.
Clawson is operated by ZAYS, doing business as Clawson and/or Zays.us, referred to as “Clawson,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, connecting an account, or otherwise using Clawson, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Clawson.
When using Clawson on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Reminders, monitoring, reports, and scheduled tasks
-
Email, calendar, file, messaging, and third-party integrations
-
Automated or approval-based actions

Available features depend on your selected plan. Features, integrations, models, and usage allowances may change as the service develops.
Clawson does not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently or work with every third-party platform.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for:
-
Providing accurate account and billing information
-
Protecting your passwords, API keys, access tokens, and devices
-
Reviewing the permissions granted to Clawson
-
Keeping connected accounts secure
-
Informing us promptly about suspected unauthorized access
You may not share your Clawson account unless your subscription expressly supports multiple users.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized use.
4. AI-Generated Content
Clawson uses artificial-intelligence models that can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, or unexpected results.
You agree to independently review important outputs before relying on them or allowing Clawson to take consequential actions.
Clawson is not a substitute for a qualified:
-
Attorney
-
Doctor or healthcare professional
-
Accountant
-
Financial adviser
-
Emergency service
-
Cybersecurity incident-response professional
You should not rely solely on Clawson for medical, legal, financial, employment, safety, security, or other high-impact decisions.
5. Automations and Connected Actions
Some Clawson features may monitor information, prepare content, send notifications, organize records, create drafts, or perform actions through connected services.
You control which accounts and permissions are connected. Depending on your configuration, Clawson may require approval before completing sensitive actions.
You are responsible for reviewing your automation rules and confirming that they operate as intended. We are not responsible for consequences caused by incorrect instructions, excessive permissions, third-party outages, unexpected AI behavior, or failure to review an automated action.
Clawson should not be configured to make irreversible or high-risk decisions without human review.
6. Discord Service
The Clawson Discord plan operates through Discord but is independently provided by Clawson.
Clawson is not owned, endorsed, sponsored, or operated by Discord Inc.
Your use of Discord remains subject to Discord’s own terms, policies, technical limitations, and account requirements. Discord developers and applications must comply with Discord’s Developer Terms and Developer Policy.
Discord may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue access to features used by Clawson. We are not responsible for Discord outages, account actions, platform changes, or API restrictions.
7. Third-Party Services
Clawson may connect with services provided by companies such as Discord, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, payment processors, hosting providers, and other technology vendors.
Your use of those services may be governed by separate agreements between you and the applicable provider.
We are not responsible for:

8. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid Clawson plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as shown during checkout.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Clawson and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until you cancel.
Prices may exclude applicable taxes. You are responsible for taxes associated with your purchase unless otherwise required by law.
We may change subscription prices by providing advance notice. A price change will apply to a future billing period rather than a billing period that has already been paid.
9. Usage Limits and Additional Charges
Clawson plans may include limits involving:
-
AI messages or tokens
-
Premium-model usage
-
Automated tasks
-
Connected accounts
-

Usage allowances are not cash balances and do not roll over unless expressly stated.
We may slow, pause, or restrict unusually heavy usage to protect service availability, prevent abuse, or control third-party processing costs.
We will not impose an overage charge unless the price or charging method was disclosed and authorized.
10. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting info@zays.us.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise stated, your paid access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Deleting Discord, removing the bot, disconnecting an integration, or no longer using Clawson does not automatically cancel your paid subscription.
Online subscribers will be provided with an online cancellation method.
11. Refunds
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, subscription payments are non-refundable after the billing period begins, except where required by law.
At our discretion, we may provide:
-
A refund for a verified duplicate charge
-
A refund for an incorrect billing amount
-
A service credit following a significant outage
-
A first-payment refund requested within [7] days when the account has not been substantially used
Setup, onboarding, customization, and integration fees become non-refundable once work has begun.
Canceling a subscription does not normally provide a prorated refund for unused time.
12. Free Trials and Promotions
Promotional pricing and free trials may be subject to additional conditions disclosed when you enroll.
When a free trial converts into a paid subscription, the price, renewal frequency, trial duration, and cancellation method will be disclosed before enrollment.
Promotional offers may be limited to new customers, one account, or one use per person.

16. Intellectual Property
Clawson and its associated software, branding, workflows, designs, documentation, websites, and service technology are owned by Clawson or its licensors.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, reproduce, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Clawson except as permitted by law or through a written agreement.
17. Feedback
You may provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about Clawson.
You grant us permission to use that feedback without payment or restriction, provided we do not publicly identify you without permission.
18. Service Availability
Clawson is provided on an “as available” basis.
We may temporarily interrupt the service for maintenance, upgrades, security incidents, provider outages, technical problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Unless included in a separate written business agreement, Clawson does not provide a guaranteed uptime or response-time commitment.
19. Beta Features
Certain features may be labeled beta, preview, experimental, or early access.

You may stop using Clawson and cancel your subscription at any time.
Sections concerning payments, ownership, liability, disputes, and other provisions intended to survive termination will remain effective.
21. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clawson is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not guarantee that Clawson will:

-
One hundred dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, this section applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us at [legal email] and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute for at least 30 days.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, legal proceedings relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
